IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST TEAM LEAD (Full-time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
In order to facilitate the right kind of growth, we are looking for a bright, self-motivating employee who is passionate about helping others take advantage of technology. This position will be interfacing with various clients (on-site and remotely) on a support level and assisting through problem-solving techniques. Limited heavy lifting may be required from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of Various End-user Operating Systems (Windows 7/10/11, macOS, Android & iOS)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer (including AD, DNS, DHCP, etc)
Working knowledge of virtualization technology (Hyper-V, VMWare, Parallels, etc)
Working knowledge of email platforms (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Google G Suite, etc)
Fundamental understanding of networking (VLANs, DHCP, VPN, etc)
Basic Problem-solving Techniques (must work well under pressure)
Good Interpersonal Communication Skills
Formal IT/Computer Science Studies
Lead a small team of IT Support Specialists
TOOLS REQUIRED
Vehicle & valid driver’s license for on-site engagements
TOOLS PROVIDED
Office (located in downtown Provo, UT)
Laptop
Cell phone & desk phone
HOURS
Full-time (40 hours per week). Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
COMPENSATION
$30-36 per hour, depending on skills and experience
